The Bible tells us that every single human being bears the image of the Creator. Regardless of a person’s age, race, nationality, last name, religion, or what side of the tracks on which they reside, God has deemed them valuable. Often times the pro-life message has a limited focus on the unborn, the very young, and the aged. That focus is understandable due to the defenceless status of those at the beginning and end of life.
The world needs to know that Bible-believing Christians share God’s broader, pro-life perspective which includes men, women, and childeren enslaved around the world. Certainly, one of the clear and consistant advocates for those trapped in human trafficking in our state is Senator Amy Volk.
Once again, the Christian Civic League is pleased to join with Sen. Volk and other legislators during this session to address legal remedies for human sex trafficking.
